Our Teacher: Dawn Steele (Ms. Dawn):

A native of Bowie, Dawn Steele has been working with children for more than 14 years. She received her 90-hour certificate in Early Childhood Development from Anne Arundel Community College in 1994, and continues to work towards her education in childcare. Dawn lives in the Crofton area with her husband Lewis, two daughters Leigha and Jessica, her dog Sandi, and cat Myra.

Music Teacher: Karen Seppi ("Mrs. Seppi")

Karen Seppi possesses a Bachelors Degree in music with emphasis on vocal performance and drama from California State University (Chico, CA). Mrs. Seppi has taught at Belair Cooperative Nursery School for over 15 years and also brings musical joy to various preschools throughout the Bowie and Crofton areas. Mrs. Seppi also directs the children's choir of St. Edwards Catholic Church in Bowie. Mrs. Seppi resides in Upper Marlboro with her husband, Howie, and has two daughters, Danielle and Natalie.
